Hygienist (Part Time 3 days per week with full-time benefits)

We are seeking a polished, caring, and experienced dental hygienist to join our private, fee-for-service general dental practice in University Park. Our team serves a diverse and discerning patient base with a strong emphasis on comprehensive, relationship-based care. We are a single-doctor boutique practice focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience and treating every patient like family.

This is a full-time position in a modern, well-organized practice with 5 operatories, including 2 dedicated hygiene rooms and 3 doctor’s rooms. The hygiene schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The role is designed to allow you to focus on one patient at a time, with approximately 1 hour reserved per visit, supporting thorough, unhurried care and meaningful patient communication.

We are looking for a professional with 2+ years of experience who brings excellent verbal skills, strong co-diagnosis abilities, and laser certification. The ideal candidate is confident collaborating with the doctor to support diagnosis, patient education, and treatment acceptance. Experience with digital workflows and technology is important, including Open Dental, DEXIS, digital X-rays, intraoral camera use, iTero, scheduling, Invisalign, fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and implant-related dentistry.

We maintain a clean, safety-focused workplace with PPE including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in a secure parking garage for added convenience.

Compensation begins at $55+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, bonuses, and a scrubs allowance.
