As a Dental Hygienist within our general practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch oral healthcare. You will have the chance to work one-on-one with patients, allowing for personalized treatment and care that fosters strong patient relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, patient education on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dentist during procedures when required.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a valid state license to practice as a dental hygienist and have a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and sanitation protocols. We value excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to patient comfort and care. Your ability to create a welcoming environment will greatly contribute to the positive experience that our patients have when visiting our office.
Our office promotes a balanced work-life dynamic. The standard work schedule includes Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM. On Fridays, we typically wrap up the week by working from 8 AM to 12 PM, allowing more time for personal endeavors.
