About the Gig & What You'll Bring:
We need a versatile team player who can rock the clinical floor.....with a heart/smile. You'll be the dentist's right (or left) hand, the patient’s comfort source, and an integral part of delivering top-tier care to our amazing community.
Must-Have Superpowers:
* 3+ Years of Chairside Dominance: You know the drill (pun intended!) and can anticipate needs before they happen.
* Active X-ray Certification: Up-to-date and ready to capture crystal-clear diagnostics.
* Treatment Planning Pro: Experience coordinating and discussing comprehensive care plans.
* Implant Experience: Whether it's restorative work or surgical placement, you've assisted with successful implant cases.
* Ortho: Minimum 1 year of experience assisting with orthodontic procedures (GP Ortho, aligners, wires—you got it).
Bonus Powers are a Big Plus although we are willing to train the right candidate:
* Open Dental Proficiency: You navigate dental software like a pro.
* Cross-Trained (BO/FO): Front Office/Back Office flexibility? You're a unicorn, and we want you!
* Sales/Treatment Presentation Experience: Comfortable discussing treatment value and financial options with patients.
