Bee Cave, TXA busy general and private dental practice is seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting high-quality patient care in a private office setting with advanced facilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of dental assisting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. Required skills include proficiency with Open Dental, iTero, and NOMAD Pro. Hands-on experience with temporary crowns, Zoom whitening, and iTero scanning is strongly preferred. A high school education is required, along with strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent chairside support.
Responsibilities include assisting the doctor during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterilization and infection control standards, taking digital impressions and radiographs as needed, and helping ensure a smooth patient experience. PPE is provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
The office offers a 1-hour lunch break and parking space availability for staff. Compensation is hourly. We are hiring urgently and looking for someone ready to contribute immediately to a growing, patient-focused practice.
