Responsibilities include:
- Performing dental hygiene procedures, including scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and prophylaxis
- Completing periodontal assessments and charting accurately
- Taking and processing dental radiographs as needed
- Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Reviewing medical and dental histories for updates and clinical considerations
- Assisting with treatment planning by communicating findings clearly to the dentist
- Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
- Supporting a smooth, organized, and respectful patient flow
- Using dental software and electronic records accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
- Current dental hygiene license in good standing
- Associate’s degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a private, team-oriented setting
- Familiarity with general dentistry procedures and preventive care
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable work style
