Davis Dentisty is adding an Asssistant to our Team!
LOCATION
Murfreesboro, TNWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a professional, patient-focused dental team. This role supports a busy general practice that includes both single-doctor and multi-doctor operations, serving PPO, and private patients. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing X-rays as directed, updating patient records, and helping maintain smooth daily workflow. You will also assist with chairside setup, patient comfort, and clear communication throughout treatment. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude are important in this role.
Candidates should have a high school education and 1-2 years of dental assisting experience. Prior cross-training is not required. The ability to work well with a team, follow clinical protocols, and interact professionally with patients is essential.
This is a full-time position with a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation is $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).
