Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking to join a supportive and dedicated team? We are a locally-owned, medium-sized general dental practice seeking two enthusiastic hygienists to help us continue providing excellent care to our valued patients. With two of our beloved hygienists retiring, this is a fantastic opportunity for both new graduates and seasoned professionals to contribute to a practice that is well respected in the community.
At our practice, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where both our team and patients feel at home. We cater to a diverse patient base, ranging from toddlers to seniors, allowing you to build meaningful relationships as you provide essential dental care. Our friendly team enjoys collaborating and spending time together, ensuring a positive work culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our patients' dental health journeys. You will be responsible for performing essential duties such as calculus removal, fluoride treatments, gingivitis screenings, oral hygiene instruction, and periodontal treatments. We hope you can bring your expertise with tools such as Cavitron, intraoral cameras, and digital X-rays to our practice.
We offer a stable work environment with a solid patient base and several long-term team members, showcasing our commitment to our staff’s well-being. You'll have the opportunity to see one patient at a time, spending 50-60 minutes with each individual during their visit, allowing for personalized care.
To ensure your safety and comfort, we provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $48-$55, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid holidays, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan with an automatic 3% employer contribution, along with medical and dental insurance.
