Dental Assistant -
LOCATION
Naples, FLA growing private general dental practice is seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our team. We provide high-quality care in a single-doctor setting, where strong patient relationships, attention to detail, and outstanding service are part of our daily standard.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and must be proficient with Dentrix, CEREC, CBCT, and the iTero scanner. Experience with bone grafting, cosmetic dentistry, DEXIS, Cerec restorations, and Spear techniques is also valuable. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn our systems, workflows, and clinical protocols. Fluency in English is required.
This role supports a highly skilled dentist with advanced training in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, and offers the opportunity to work in a practice committed to continuing education and exemplary patient care. Our office provides disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, and regular masks to support a safe work environment.
This full-time position includes a 1-hour lunch break daily and offers benefits such as 401(K) matching, paid sick time, paid time off, profit sharing, uniform allowance, and an employee discount. Compensation is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
