Dental Hygienist - Middlebury Dental Center
LOCATION
Middlebury, CTMiddlebury Dental Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused dental practice. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment where both patients and team members feel valued.
This position may begin as temporary or part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right fit.
SCHEDULE HOURS:
Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
(Days can be flexible for the right candidate.)

- A friendly team environment with hygienists, 2 assistants, 2 admin staff, and the doctor working closely together
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Perform thorough periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to support comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate digital charting and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Connecticut Dental Hygienist license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with digital charting and radiographs
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Team-oriented mindset
