LOCATION
Deltona, FLWe are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a busy general dental practice for a consistent one-day-per-week schedule, with the opportunity to expand to up to three days per week based on performance and scheduling success. The preferred workday may be chosen from Monday through Wednesday.
This role is ideal for a professional who values quality patient care, strong communication, and efficient schedule management. You will see one patient at a time and spend as much or as little time as needed for each procedure, allowing you to focus on thorough, individualized care. The ideal candidate is confident in helping maintain patient flow, keeping the schedule organized, and encouraging patients to arrive as planned. Strong scheduling skills and the ability to help keep the day running full are especially important.
This is a full-time quality role in a general dentistry setting, with an emphasis on clinical excellence and patient relationships. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and be comfortable working independently while supporting the overall efficiency of the office. A college-level education is expected.
Compensation is $40–$44 per hour, depending on skills and ability to keep the schedule full. There is also an opportunity to earn commission. Parking is available behind the office for convenience, and a 1-hour lunch break is provided.
