Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our established, team-oriented dental practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values high-quality patient care, strong clinical skills, and a collaborative work environment. Our office provides a broad range of services, including general dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics, offering a dynamic setting for a hygienist who enjoys variety in daily responsibilities.

For over 30 years, our practice has been committed to delivering exceptional care with a patient-first approach. Our team includes 10 employees and 4 dentists, many of whom have been with us for more than 20 years. We take pride in fostering a fast-paced, fun, and supportive atmosphere where teamwork is essential and every staff member plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. We understand that dental visits can be stressful for some patients, so we place a strong emphasis on kindness, communication, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with one patient at a time and typically spending about one hour per appointment to provide thorough and attentive care. Responsibilities include performing preventive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, patient education, oral health assessments, and supporting overall treatment goals in coordination with the dental team. A strong commitment to detail, excellent communication skills, and a caring chairside manner are important for success in this role.

This position offers a one-hour lunch break and convenient parking available at the back of the building. We value our team members and are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package starting at $57+ per hour, depending on experience, along with PTO, medical insurance reimbursement, holiday pay, dental treatment reimbursement, and one facial cosmetic procedure per year.
