Full time Dental Assistant

We are a small, private general dental practice with one doctor who owns the practice, and we are growing. Our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve a confident, healthy, and functional smile while creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience at every visit. We work closely together, laugh often, share stories, and support one another so we can do great work and enjoy life outside the office.

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with no prior experience who has a positive attitude, enjoys teamwork, and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and ready to help provide excellent patient care in a busy general dental setting.

Responsibilities include assisting the doctor during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking dental records as needed, and helping keep the office running smoothly. Familiarity with Open Dental is helpful. We value team members who enjoy learning and contributing to a positive office culture.

Our office provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include PTO, a 401(k), and paid holidays. A 1-hour lunch break is provided. Parking is available in front of the office building. Pay starts at $20 per hour and increases based on experience.
