Overview of Terrery Dental:
Terrery Dental has proudly served Northeast Pennsylvania for over 30 years, building a trusted reputation and an active patient base of 7,000+ patients. Our practice operates from a brand-new, 3,960 sq ft state-of-the-art facility featuring 9 active operatories with capacity to expand by an additional 5 operatories, creating an exciting environment for growth, clinical excellence, and long-term opportunity

Snapshot of the Role & Responsibilities:
•Position: Associate Dentist (Full-Time)
•Schedule: 5 days/week minimum with option for 6 days/week
•Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am – 5:00pm | Fri 8:00am – 2:00pm | Sat 8:00 – 1:00pm

Ideal Candidate Profile:
•1+ years of clinical experience (strong new grads considered)
•Comfort working efficiently with a full schedule
•Growth mindset and eagerness to expand skills, speed, and case acceptance
•Interest in long-term partnership with potential ownership pathway

Interview Process:
•Initial conversation to confirm goals, clinical interests, and practice fit
•Paid working interview conducted over 2–3-week period (minimum of 2 days/ week in office)
•Final mutual decision and contract execution

Compensation Highlights & Benefits:
•$10,000 Sign on Bonus
•$2,500 - $5,000 Relocation Bonus (Discretionary based on geographic location)
•35% of Gross Collections (Associate splits lab fees 50/50)
•Coverage: Malpractice + license / DEA reimbursement
•Health Insurance Stipend
•Continuing Education (Candidates choose focus: Impants, Endo, etc.)

Future Path to Ownership:
After 12-24 months, Terrery Dental will evaluate clinical and cultural fit and discuss a formal equity path in future offices fully funded by Terrery Dental, along with a profit-sharing plan
