Responsibilities
- Present and finalize treatment plans with patients confidently and professionally
- Verify insurance benefits and accurately communicate financial responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Manage scheduling efficiently while maintaining production goals
- Handle patient concerns and financial discussions with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Support front office operations and assist in maintaining office organization and accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation
- Experience working in a detail oriented fast-paced dental environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
- 3 years minimum experience
- Cosmetic or high-end private practice experience
- Proven ability to improve treatment acceptance and patient retention
