Full time hygienist

We are a growing, integrative dental practice seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our team in a full-time role. Our practice serves patients in a General, Multi doctor, and Private setting, with a strong focus on whole-body health beginning in the mouth. We take a personalized, relationship-based approach to care and use saliva testing to develop individualized hygiene protocols tailored to each patient’s needs.

In this position, you will provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene services while working closely with a collaborative clinical team. We value thoughtful, comprehensive care over accelerated hygiene, and our schedule is structured to allow you to spend approximately one hour with each patient. You will see one patient at a time, giving you the opportunity to build trust, educate patients, and support long-term oral and systemic health.

Responsibilities include performing routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, patient education, and documentation using Dentrix. You will also work with DEXIS, intraoral cameras, iTero, digital and film x-rays, and lasers as part of daily patient care and diagnostics. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care are essential in this role.

We provide a safe and well-equipped clinical environment with personal protective equipment including goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our office also offers a one-hour lunch break to support balance and focus throughout the day.

Candidates should have a college-level education and be comfortable working in a modern, technology-driven practice that values patient education, clinical excellence, and a holistic perspective.
