We are a multi-doctor general dentistry practice in the Denver Highland neighborhood. Our mission is to utilize our combined experience, skill and passion to enhance our patients' oral health and overall health. Position Overview:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will provide individualized care to one patient at a time, ensuring that each experience is tailored to the patient's unique needs and preferences. You will be instrumental in educating patients about oral hygiene practices, conducting thorough cleanings and supporting our dentists to achieve optimal treatment outcomes. Our collaborative environment fosters continuous learning and improvement, making it an excellent place for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive and thorough dental cleanings and examinations.
- Obtain excellent dental records (periodontal charting, radiographs, health history and iTero scans).
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
- Collaborate with your dental team to develop patient treatment plans, address oral health needs and facilitate treatment plan acceptance.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the treatment area.
- Support team members on all fronts.
Qualifications:
- An active Colorado RDH license is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
