LOCATION
Porter, TXWe are looking for a full time General Dentist with Pediatric Experience to join our
privately owed family practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor to join our highly successful
practice:
- Immediate need for a dentist who treats mostly pediatric patients ages 5-12 (4 days a week)
- All-digital office
- Established and very productive dental office (earning potential of $350,000 plus)
- The right candidate will have a chance for buy in partnership and sign on bonus of $10,000
- Great environment for a compassionate provider who loves helping patients
- Highly experienced staff / Excellent team in place to provide support
- Established and loyal patient base, consisting of mostly Medicaid/CHIP and
some PPO traditional insurance
- Customer service practice focus
- Senior dentist available for consultation and mentorship (new grads welcome)
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD licensed to practice in Texas
- Strict adherence to Texas Medicaid/CHIP provider guidelines and regulations
- Strict adherence to Texas State Board provider guidelines and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
- Must have a positive attitude
- Desire to provide quality care to patients
- Be focused on continuous improvement
- Have a ‘patients first’ attitude
