Dental Hygienist - Part Time Summerlin Private Practice

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing general and private practice. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment. Our office is a fee-for-service practice committed to integrating technology for a more seamless patient experience. With a strong emphasis on implant dentistry and the use of CBCT, we provide comprehensive dental care with a modern, detail-oriented approach.

Our practice is small, fun, and family oriented. We believe in treating our staff and patients with the same care and respect we would want for our own families. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a collaborative environment where quality and integrity guide every aspect of care.

Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking radiographs, administering anesthesia, reviewing oral health findings, and educating patients on proper hygiene and preventive care. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing for focused, personalized treatment and meaningful patient interaction. Strong communication skills and a gentle, confident chairside manner are essential.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience and a current Nevada dental hygiene license. Proficiency with radiographs and anesthesia is required. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to adapt to a practice that values both efficiency and attention to detail.

This position offers a starting rate of $50+ per hour, with room for growth as our practice continues to expand. We are currently seeking coverage one day per week, with flexibility for Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and there is potential for additional days in the future. A one-hour lunch break is provided, and all necessary PPE is supplied, including disposable gowns, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
