Dental Receptionist

We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and provide exceptional administrative support in a welcoming environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

- Manage front desk tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.

- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix systems.

- Assist with medical administrative support duties such as verifying insurance coverage and processing payments.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.

- Collaborate with the clinic team to coordinate patient flow and support overall office efficiency.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.

- Proficiency in using Dentrix, and other relevant office systems is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.

- Knowledge of medical records management and understanding of clinic operations.

- Familiarity with front desk procedures and providing exceptional customer service.
