We are seeking for an entry-level dental assistant/ floater to join our busy practice led by Dr. Le, a respected solo practitioner with nearly 25 years of experience. Located in the heart of Vienna, our team provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, treating health & creating lasting relationships and a sense of community that extends beyond the dental chair.
As a part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, some of whom have been with us for generations. Our patients return time and again, even after relocating out of the area. This is a testament to the trust and personal connection that Dr. Le and the staff foster with each individual. We believe that dentistry is not just about treatments, but about building enduring relationships based on compassion and exceptional care.
In this role, you will assist in a variety of procedures encompassing all aspects of general dentistry, including but not limited to restorative work, cosmetic treatments, extractions, and patient education. You will engage in duties which require help wherever needed- whether in the front answering the phones or breaking down a room after each patient is dismissed and working in sterilization.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and cheerful personality! Experience is a minimal requirement as we are prepared to train the right individual who shares our passion for promoting dental health as an integral component of overall well-being.
