The Opportunity:
We're seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to become the face of our practice. As the first person patients see and speak with, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for their entire experience. What You'll Do:
Your day will include greeting patients with a warm, professional demeanor and managing incoming calls to ensure everyone receives prompt, helpful service. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle administrative tasks like data entry, document preparation, and file organization. On the insurance side, you'll verify coverage and submit claims to help patients navigate their benefits seamlessly. You'll also process payments, maintain financial records, answer patient questions, and support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate brings previous front desk experience from a dental clinic setting, along with proficiency in office equipment, phone systems, and dental practice software. You should have strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment, and excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Attention to detail is essential, especially when handling patient information, scheduling, and insurance documentation. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time, in-person
Location: Frisco, TX 75036
Schedule: Regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
Requirements: Must be able to relocate to Frisco, TX 75036 before starting work
