Treatment Coordinator

Scott Orthodontics, a well-established orthodontic practice, is seeking a professional Treatment Coordinator to enhance our patient experience. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and teamwork within our diverse group of dedicated professionals. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will assume the role of an extended representation of our doctor and the practice. Your primary responsibilities will include caring for new patients, presenting treatment plans including financial options and external marketing. Your exceptional communication skills and positive disposition will foster a welcoming environment for our patients. Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred. Familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous, and proficient Spanish is a plus.

Our Silver Spring location is in need of a Treatment Coordinator however initial training will be held in our Mitchellville office. Our practice operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one hour lunch break), with one Friday each month dedicated to team meetings. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$30, along with monthly bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan, uniform and parking allowance and much more!

We have 2 locations in Silver Spring and Mitchellville, Maryland. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 Friday per month for team meetings.
