What Does a Typical Day Look Like:
Warmly welcoming patients to our office while managing multiple phone lines with ease and professionalism.
Checking patients in and out efficiently—all while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients with clarity and compassion.
Handling and communicating patient financial arrangements.
Maintaining and optimizing the appointment schedule.
Managing insurance verification and billing processes.
Assisting the Office Manager with daily administrative operations.
Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including filing and clerical tasks.

What Must You Have to Be Part of the Team:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of dental front office experience.
Experience with digital practice software (Open Dental, EagleSoft, or Dentrix).
Familiarity with general dental terminology.
