Dental Assistant
LOCATION
New Lenox Township, ILJoin our General Dental Practice as a valued member of a supportive, patient-focused team. We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to help support daily clinical operations in a single-doctor setting serving PPO and private patients. This position is available because our current dental assistant is retiring, and we are looking for someone who can step in with confidence and care.
The ideal candidate has a high school education and at least 2 years of dental assisting experience. Strong independence is important in this role, as you will assist with chairside procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, manage supplies, and help keep the day running smoothly. A professional, organized, and friendly approach is essential.
We provide a safe and comfortable work environment with free parking, a 1-hour lunch break, and personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include PTO/vacation, holidays, dental coverage, and other standard offerings. This is a full-time, hourly position with a stable schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a respected practice that values quality care and teamwork.
Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm
Friday: 9 am - 1 pm
NO WEEKENDS!
Location: Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL
