We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our full-time team in a holistic and biological dental practice serving a busy, multi-doctor environment with general, orthodontic, oral surgery, and private care. This role is ideal for someone with strong chairside experience who enjoys supporting a wide range of procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
Responsibilities include chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, dental charting, patient education, and infection control. Experience with common clinical procedures such as impressions, crowns, bridges, extractions, suture removal, rubber dam placement, coronal polishing, and temporary crown fabrication is valued. Additional familiarity with digital x-rays, intraoral imaging, data entry, Open Dental, implant support, Invisalign, sedation monitoring, and oral surgery procedures is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, and dental terminology skills are important.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and a high school education. Cross-training is not required. The position offers PTO, a 1-hour lunch break, on-premise parking, and a safe work environment with PPE provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks. Pay is $24–$28 per hour.
