Top-of-Market Pay: The starting pay rate for this position is $45.00 per hour. Compensation may be higher based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Ideal Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No evenings, no weekends
Efficient NP Flow: 2-hour new patient visits – Doctor + Assistant handle exam & X-rays first, then hand off to hygienist for focused care
Prompt Doctor Support: Exams performed immediately on call so your appointments stay on schedule
1-Column Hygiene Model: Work efficiently
Modern Technology: Fully digital, paperless, and equipped with the latest tools
Convenient Location: Easy commute, avoid Houston traffic
