Dental Assistant

Delray Beach, FLJoin our dynamic dental team as we expand our state-of-the-art, modern practice located in the heart of Delray. We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to provide exceptional support in our general and private dental practice. As a valued team member, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care while ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a willingness to train. While entry-level dental assistant skills are required, cross-training in both front and back office tasks is a definite plus. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential, as you will be involved in various aspects of patient care and office operations.
We emphasize safety and provide comprehensive personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our schedule allows for a 45-minute to 1-hour lunch break, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $24 based on experience.
