Front Office Coordinator

Dental Front Office Coordinator Part-Time (4 Days per Week)
Location: Boulder, CO 80301
Hourly Rate: $23–$30/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Details
● Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM
● Software: Curve (Scheduling, Billing, and Charting)

Key Responsibilities
● Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional front-desk experience.
● Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
● Present and review treatment plans with patients.
● Verify insurance coverage and patient benefits.
● Submit insurance claims, post EOBs, and follow up on outstanding claims.
● Collect co-pays, balances, and manage daily financial reconciliation.
● Coordinate specialist referrals and ensure proper documentation.
● Manage all office communications.
● Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes.
● Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
● Track case acceptance and manage recare/follow-up systems.
● Support efficient daily operations through proactive communication with clinical staff.

Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical front office setting.
● Knowledge of treatment planning and dental terminology preferred.
● Strong insurance verification and billing experience required.
● Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
● Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
● Proficiency or willingness to learn Curve software and related dental systems.
