Dental Hygienist – Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Certified Practice

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional hygiene care with a “white-glove” approach to patient service
-Educate and motivate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
-Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy.
-Utilize advanced technology, including GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy), ITERO digital scanning, CBCT, soft tissue lasers, and digital radiography
-Verify and chart dental conditions, review health history, and communicate findings to doctors
-Collaborate with the dental team to create a seamless, patient-centered experience
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications
-Current California RDH license, Radiology, and CPR certifications
-2–5 years of experience preferred (confident and adaptable)
-Passion for patient care with a caring, thoughtful, and team-player personality
-Strong communication skills
-Willingness to learn and grow with GBT and advanced hygiene protocols

Compensation & Benefits
-Hourly Rate: $70–$85/hour (based on experience)
