Join Our Team as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!

Are you a passionate and motivated dental hygienist looking for an opportunity to grow your career while making a difference in patients' oral health? We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team at a well-established general and private dental practice, with over 25 years of experience in delivering top-quality dental care.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping patients maintain optimal oral health. Your primary responsibilities will include performing cleanings, taking x-rays (both digital and film), providing patient education, and assisting with various dental treatments. You will have the chance to employ your clinical expertise in areas such as periodontal treatment, scaling, and root planing, while utilizing state-of-the-art technology and techniques.

Main Schedule:
- We are looking for someone to join us Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch break
- We also welcome applicants who may be looking to add only one day to their current schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal screenings to maintain patients' oral hygiene
- Take and process digital x-rays to assess dental health
- Provide educational resources and guidance to patients regarding oral hygiene practices
- Assist the dental team with various treatments and procedures as needed
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients through excellent communication and care

Qualifications:
- Active RDH license in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical skills in preventive and periodontal care
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients effectively
- A team-oriented mindset with an eagerness to support the overall office flow
