Schedule
- 4-day work weeks
- No weekends
- Full-time commitment with a balanced, improved work-life harmony

Compensation
- Hourly pay range: **$18–$24/hour** (based on performance)
- Eligible for performance-based incentives and practice benefits

What You’ll Do
- Prepare patients and rooms for procedures
- Assist doctors during exams and procedures (tooth whitening, fillings, crowns, implants, etc.)
- Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control compliance
- Take and process radiographs as appropriate and within scope
- Manage patient records, chairside assistance, and patient education
- Schedule follow-ups and coordinate patient communications
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team

### What We’re Looking For
- Current dental assistant license/certificate or in-state certification (as applicable)
- Prior experience preferred, especially in modern practice settings; new graduates considered
- Strong knowledge of infection control, OSHA/CLIA compliance, and radiography (where permitted)
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain high standards of cleanliness
