Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist looking for a fun and caring office to work in? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our thriving practice that has served the community since 1973. Our office was founded by Ed Bertagnolli and now is led by his two sons, Joe and John Bertagnolli. The office is a multi-specialty dental practice offering a full range of services across a private patient base.

What truly sets our practice apart is our exceptional staff and the wonderful patients we care for. Family-oriented and community-focused, we proudly support adults with developmental disabilities, making approximately 20% of our patient population special needs individuals. Our practice fosters an environment of compassion, where both our patients and staff are treated with respect and care.

As a dental hygienist you will enjoy the benefit of a well-structured schedule, with 60-minute cleanings, and 90-minute SRP sessions, ensuring you can provide thorough care without feeling rushed. You will work one-on-one with patients, allowing for meaningful interactions and the opportunity to educate them on their oral health.

We emphasize a healthy work-life balance, offering a 30-minute paid lunch break and the support of a long-tenured and friendly staff and up to 4 day work week.

In addition to competitive pay rates, which are negotiable based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, a 401K plan, and profit sharing for our full time employees. There is also a possibility of a hiring bonus.
