Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our thriving practice that has served the community since 1973. Our office, founded by Ed Bertagnolli and now led by his two sons Joe and John Bertagnolli, is a multi-specialty dental practice offering general, oral surgery, and a full range of services across Medicaid and private patient bases.
What truly sets our practice apart is our exceptional staff and the wonderful patients we care for. Family-oriented and community-focused, we proudly support adults with developmental disabilities, making approximately 30% of our patient population special needs individuals. Our practice fosters an environment of compassion, where both our patients and staff are treated with respect and care.
As a dental hygienist in our busy office, you will enjoy the benefit of a well-structured schedule, with 45-minute cleanings, 1-hour appointments for new patients, and 90-minute scaling and root planing sessions, ensuring you can provide thorough care without feeling rushed. You will work one-on-one with patients, allowing for meaningful interactions and the opportunity to educate them on their oral health.
We emphasize a healthy work-life balance, offering a 30-minute paid lunch break and the support of a long-tenured and friendly staff. Our office provides all necessary personal protective equipment, including latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, and lab coats, ensuring a safe working environment.
In addition to competitive pay rates, which are negotiable based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, a health savings account (HSA), a 401K plan, and profit sharing. There is also a possibility of a hiring bonus.
