Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and easily explain value and need for Comprehensive and Reconstructive Dental Treatment.
- Present treatment plans to include patient education and assistance with insurance and budgeting.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Follow up and follow through with patient treatment and experience.
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information in Dentrix.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with dental administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Dentrix.

Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
