We are looking for an energetic, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team! If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a modern, supportive, and team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.
This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent 4-day schedule, competitive compensation, strong bonus potential, and a team that genuinely values its hygienists.
What We Offer
$55/hour guaranteed OR 36% of production — whichever is higher
Our current hygienists are averaging approximately $65/hour with incentive compensation

Schedule
Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break daily
Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and patient education
Take digital radiographs
Assist in diagnosing and identifying periodontal conditions
Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical notes within Dentrix
Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience
Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Team-oriented attitude with a positive personality
Experience with Dentrix is preferred, but not required
Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
