Front Desk Administrator

Looking for a dental office where you can actually make a difference?

We’re a family owned neighborhood dental practice looking for the right person to grow with us, not just fill a front desk position. We want someone our patients will know by name, someone who becomes part of our team, and hopefully someone who will still be laughing and growing with us years from now.

We believe patients are people, not numbers. We’re proudly private, not corporate, and we want to keep the heart in dentistry. We work hard, help each other, laugh a lot, and genuinely want to enjoy the people we spend our days with. Life is too short not to have some fun while doing great work.

We’re looking for someone with dental front desk experience who is friendly, dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable with scheduling, insurance, patient communication, and collecting/presenting patient portions. Dentrix experience is a big plus.

Full time is preferred, with Thursdays off, but for the right person we’re open to part time. Our ideal candidate has some flexibility and is available for 1–2 evening shifts per week and at least one Saturday per month. We’re happy to build a schedule that works for the right person, including additional weekday flexibility during weeks when Saturdays are worked.
