Experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TC) = 20-35H/week

Duties
- Guide patients and parents through the consultation and treatment planning process with professionalism and empathy.
- Present and explain treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements clearly and confidently.
- Manage contracts, insurance verification/benefits, and financial discussions to support case acceptance.
- Coordinate scheduling for new starts, debonds, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the practice management software.
- Collaborate with the orthodontist, clinical team, and front office to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Previous orthodontic TC experience (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology, treatment processes, and insurance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients of all ages.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with financial/insurance discussions.
- Tech-savvy with orthodontic/dental softwa
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine enthusiasm for patient care.
