Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Dental Hygienist!

Are you a skilled and passionate Dental Hygienist looking to advance your career in a supportive and patient-focused environment? Our well-established private practice, comprising two dedicated doctors in the Mallard Creek/University area of Charlotte, invites you to become a part of our family-oriented team. Since 1997, we have been committed to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a predominant focus on adults.

Position Overview:

As a full-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Our laid-back environment emphasizes personalized attention and builds lasting relationships with patients. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will see one patient at a time, dedicating 60 minutes for recall appointments and 1.5 hours for new patients and scaling and root planing (2 quads).

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and treatments.
- Utilize Dentrix and DEXIS for patient record management and digital imaging, including digital radiography.
- Leverage state-of-the-art tools, such as intraoral cameras and NOMAD Pro, to enhance patient education and understanding.
- Provide excellent care in fixed and removable prosthodontics and veneers.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual who possesses the following skills:

- Proficiency in Dentrix and DEXIS.
- Experience in digital radiography and using intraoral cameras.
- Strong knowledge in fixed and removable prosthodontics and dental veneers.
