Dental Assistant needed

Join our established dental practice in San Mateo as a full-time Dental Assistant! We are looking for a caring, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within our team. In this essential role, you will contribute directly to patient care while ensuring a friendly and efficient office environment.

Key responsibilities will include preparing patients for dental procedures, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays, and assisting the dentist during various treatments. You will also be responsible for taking digital X-rays, creating temporary crowns, recording treatment information in our Dentrix system, and providing post-operative instructions to patients as directed by the dentist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team. Organization and attention to detail are critical, as is a positive attitude toward patient care.
