SoBo Dental Care is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Louisville, Colorado.

This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday- Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
No nights. No weekends.
About Our Practice
SoBo Dental Care is a modern, comprehensive dental practice located in Louisville, Colorado. We are a two-doctor team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, communication, advanced technology, and creating a positive experience for every patient. We believe hygienists should have the time, instruments, and support necessary to provide exceptional care. We do not practice accelerated hygiene. Prophylaxis and periodontal-maintenance appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes
Scaling and root planing appointments are scheduled for 120 minutes for two quadrants
Hygienists are provided with new instruments and modern clinical equipment

Responsibilities
The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for:
Creating a warm and positive patient experience from start to finish
Building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
Educating patients about oral health, periodontal health, and home-care recommendations
Providing adult and pediatric prophylaxis appointments
Providing periodontal-maintenance therapy
Assessing and documenting periodontal conditions
Collaborating with the doctors on periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
Performing scaling and root planing when indicated
Taking diagnostic digital radiographs
Using ultrasonic and hand instrumentation
Using intraoral cameras to support patient education and case acceptance
Completing thorough periodontal charting and clinical documentation
Performing intraoral and extraoral cancer screenings
Removing calculus, plaque, stain, and other deposits from supra- and subgingival surfaces
Maintaining accurate clinical notes at the time of each appointment
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Supporting patient re-care, retention, and continuity of care
Working collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and administrative team members
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
A current Colorado dental hygiene license
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills
Confidence assessing and discussing periodontal disease
Experience with digital radiography and ultrasonic instrumentation
A compassionate and relationship-focused approach to patient care
A dependable, positive, and team-centered attitude
A strong work ethic and desire to continue growing clinically
Open Dental experience is helpful but not required
Laser certification is a plus
