Smile Worth Dental Co. is a thriving general dental practice in Fort Worth, Texas, seeking a motivated and skilled Front Office Team Member to join our compassionate team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated staff under the leadership of Dr. Anastasia Orakwue in a warm and welcoming environment.
As a Front Office Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients by managing appointment scheduling, providing customer service, and verifying insurance information. Your proficiency in dental terminology, patient care, and practice management will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and fostering patient relationships.
We pride ourselves on our supportive atmosphere where teamwork flourishes. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of dental front office experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Familiarity with dental software, particularly The Dental App, and skillsets such as instrument sterilization and radiology are highly desirable.
