Office Manager

We are seeking a full-time dental office leader for a busy, growth-minded general practice with multiple doctors and a strong mix of PPO and private-pay patients. This is a true operator role for someone who treats the practice like their own business and takes ownership of both team performance and business results.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of dental management experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of 20+ clinical and administrative staff, hire and train new team members, conduct performance reviews, and help build a positive, accountable culture. You will also oversee scheduling, patient flow, treatment coordination, and financial discussions to support strong case acceptance and a productive day.

This role includes responsibility for production and collections goals, accounts receivable, insurance claims, budgeting, vendor relationships, and KPI review. Strong knowledge of dental office systems, insurance, and Carestack is important. Experience with patient education, treatment planning, X-rays - Digital, iTero, Invisalign, veneers, crowns/preparation, restorative procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and AACD-style presentation is a plus.

We offer $40/hour, performance bonus, 401(k), PTO, vacation, and holiday pay. The practice provides one-hour lunch breaks and PPE including latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
