Treatment Coordinator

Smiles + Bites is a modern, family-owned orthodontic practice focused on thoughtful, personalized care and an elevated patient experience. As we prepare for our opening, we’re seeking a warm, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a polished patient experience, and being part of a supportive growing private practice.

Responsibilities:

-Welcome patients and create a polished, comfortable first impression
-Coordinate new patient consultations from start to finish
-Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly
-Support case acceptance through patient-centered communication
-Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements
-Schedule appointments and maintain efficient workflow
-Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the clinical team
-Help create a smooth, organized, and positive office environment

Qualifications:

-Orthodontic or dental front office experience preferred
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options
-Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
-Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
-Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation & Schedule:

-Full-time
-Monday–Friday
-Pay: $19–$25/hour depending on experience
