CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Surgical extractions — proficient in complex and some impacted cases
- Molar endodontics — proficient in straightforward molar RCT
- Crowns and bridges — from prep to final seating
- Implant restorations — required
- Implant surgery — strongly preferred
- Invisalign Comprehensive — certified and actively treating

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Join a busy, established practice with consistent patient flow driven
by strong Walmart foot traffic
- Partner alongside a robust hygiene team with an active recall and
perio program already in place
- Deliver comprehensive care with a patient-first philosophy — from
routine visits to advanced procedures
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including CBCT imaging and
AI-assisted diagnostics
- Offer and coordinate clear aligner therapy, implant placement, and
surgical services in-house
- Work in a supportive environment where clinical decisions remain
yours — administrative, billing, and scheduling are managed by our team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Invisalign Comprehensive certification (active treating doctor preferred)
- Demonstrated competency in surgical extractions and molar endo
- Implant surgery training or mentored surgical experience a significant plus
- Genuine passion for serving diverse, working-class patient populations
- Strong patient communication skills — ability to educate and build trust
across a broad demographic
- Team player who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
