Escondido, CAWe are seeking a reliable, experienced dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice that serves children, adults, and seniors. Our team provides high-quality care across general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and multi-specialty treatment in a modern, multi-doctor, PPO-supported, corporate environment. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office and helping create a positive experience for every patient.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office and be comfortable supporting a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills are essential, especially with Spanish-speaking patients. Dentrix experience is required, and reliability is a must. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected.
You will be part of a practice that offers advanced dental care, including checkups, cleanings, crowns, veneers, and more. Team members enjoy a supportive workplace with a 1-hour lunch break most days and a 30-minute lunch on Fridays.
We offer competitive pay of $28–$32 per hour, along with PTO, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and holiday pay. If you are dependable, professional, and ready to contribute to a thriving dental team, this could be a great fit.
