About Us

EDC Smiles is looking for a friendly, mature, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our general dental practice. This is an entry-level front office position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, is organized, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

* Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression.
* Check patients in and verify/update patient information.
* Ensure patient forms and necessary documentation are completed.
* Communicate patient arrivals to the clinical team.
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
* Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
* Maintain an organized and professional front desk.
* Help with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

* Previous dental office or customer service experience preferred.
* Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages.
* Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
