Our growing dental practice is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our professional and friendly team. We are looking for a mature, reliable individual with at least three years of dental assisting experience who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a collaborative office environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has excellent chair-side manner and communication skills, and demonstrates a strong team-oriented attitude with the ability to lead and support others. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient. Competitive compensation is offered based on experience.
