Job Overview:
The Dental Front Office Hygiene Coordinator plays a key role in managing the front office, with a focus on coordinating and scheduling hygiene appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing superior customer service. We have 4 hygienists; therefore, this position requires an individual who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm hygiene appointments, ensuring efficient use of the doctor and hygienist’s time using Eaglesoft
Provide front desk support, including answering phones, greeting patients, and assisting with inquiries.
Verify insurance information
Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Prepare and manage patient charts for hygiene appointments, including ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Ensure compliance with all dental office policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality.
