A Front Desk Coordinator is the face of our dental office, acting as the first point of contact for our patients. They manage daily reception, oversee multi-line communications, schedule appointments, and perform vital administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently. Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities Reception & Communication:
Greet patients, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to general inquiries in a warm, professional manner.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, book meetings, and confirm client appointments.
Financial: Collecting co-payments at the time of service, filing insurance claims/follow up on past due claims and pre treatment estimates, making a deposit at the end of day, printing end of day reports
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, manage mail and deliveries, and assist with data entry, filing, and copying.
Office Organization: Maintain a neat, welcoming reception area and track inventory for office supplies and equipment, and reporting to the Office manager what is needed.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Eaglesoft dental software experience needed, Proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus
Additional Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong multitasking abilities, and a pro active, customer-focused attitude.
