Compensation & Perks:

$55–$65 per hour (based on experience)
Production-based commission with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:

Provide thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting
Take digital X-rays
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Uphold strict infection control and cleanliness standards

Qualifications:

Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland
Strong clinical and communication skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
Commitment to patient comfort and high-quality care
