In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our wonderful patients, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, answering phones, handling billing and insurance inquiries, and maintaining an efficient and organized front office.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Experience in a dental office is preferred.
